Trevor AlunHUGHESJanuary 15th, 2015. Passed away, aged 74 years. He was brought up in Pwllheli and attended Pwllheli Grammar School. He then followed his father's footsteps and went into the banking profession. Drawing was his passion and he managed to win a scholarship to Birmingham Art College and then onto the London Royal College of Art. He became a costume designer and worked for the BBC. He designed costumes for many TV shows such as The Avengers etc. and many Shakespearean stage productions. After spending many years in London, Alun decided to return to his beloved Wales and bought a house in the Denbigh area. Unfortunately illness took over and he was admitted to Bryn Derwyn Care Home, St. Asaph. As his illness progressed he was transferred to Pendine Nursing Home, Wrexham, where he died peacefully. "Thank you Pendine". He leaves 8 siblings: Joan (Spain), Brenda, Ken, Jennifer, Janet (Australia), Lowri, Sian and Johnny and thirteen nephews and nieces.
